Chocolate: We use the Belgian dark chocolate Callebaut.

“ Callebaut is a Belgian couverture chocolate manufacturer. Couverture chocolate is chocolate with a high cocoa butter content used by gourmet and culinary professionals. Many professionals who use Callebaut couverture chocolate use it for its workability and typical taste, which has remained constant over the decades.

The company's core chocolate range is manufactured in Belgium from bean to chocolate according to traditional recipes. Callebaut still applies the whole-bean roasting technique (instead of roasting cocoa kernels), as it did over 100 years ago. This technique allows the preservation of all the flavors and aromatic oils within the cocoa husk and fully releases them in the chocolate. Whole-bean roasting is nowadays often used by artisan, small-batch chocolate makers. Callebaut has preserved this original roasting method

All rules and recommendations for storing chocolate are valid.

  1. Storage at temperatures below 19oC (65oF).
  2. Storage in a dark place without direct or indirect sunlight.
  3. Storage in a place with air humidity below 60%.
  4. Rapid changes in temperature should be avoided. Storage in a refrigerator is not recommended.

If the above conditions are not met:

  • In the best possible scenario the chocolate will change surface colour to white. In this case the chocolate is still good for eating without changes in the taste.
  • In the worst case the chocolate will melt losing its shape and colour.


Expiration Date:

In the making of our products we do not alter the content of the chocolate used. Our manufacturing process changes only the form and complexion of the final product. The used food grade dyes have no taste or scent and do not affect the chocolate taste. The expiration period is determined by the chocolate manufacturer and is about two years. The label of each product shows the lot number and the best before date determined by the used batch of chocolate.



All deliveries are through Canada Post and are priced according to the Canada Post price-list. For orders over $100 the shipping is free. All orders related to separately organized events are subject of individually agreed delivery conditions to be specified during the order placement.

Ninety percent of our products are modeled after existing object. The rest are a result of our imagination and our clients’ ideas. Our chocolate merchandise is identical in shape, size, and design with the original. The manufacturing process uses a specialized temper machine and food grade silicon and dyes. All our products are hand crafted and therefore unique.

The idea for our products was born in France and was developed over five years’ period. During this time our products were presented on all large European Holiday markets and bazaars. We were enhancing constantly our skills and relationship with our clients and reached a peak level of perfection very difficult to compete with. In Canada we call ourselves pioneers of chocolate design and manufacturing of this kind.
